SAML Integration - Workforce

SSO allows you to authenticate your survey against a third-party system.

It is an XML-based open standard data format for exchanging authentication and authorization data between parties, in particular, between an identity provider and a service provider. And you will have to enter the issuer.

Login >> Workforce >> Employee roster >> Integrations

Click on connect for Single Sign On, enter the issuer ID for SAML and click on save.

Can I change the issuer ID once the SAML integration is established?

Yes, you can change the issuer id or remove the integration. Click on change issuer id or remove integration.

Can I enable/disable SAML authentication for a survey?

Yes, you can enable/disable SAML authentication for a survey.

Go to: Adhoc survey >> security >> enable/disable SAML and save.

You can use End point URL post authentication to take survey.

Note: Email address field is compulsory for authentication and take survey
